What are your return policies?

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your new, unused item within 30 days for a for an exchange. Items that are returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, instructions, etc. If the returned item requires repackaging, your refund/exchange will be subject to a repackaging charge.


To return an item, include a copy of your invoice and a note that includes the reason for return and ship to:
